A scholar of cybernetics, an expert wireless programmer, and the inventor of a revolutionary system in 2007 for the electronic transfer of radio and TV frequencies that is currently used by Sprint-Nextel in Boston, a world leader intelecommunications and technology for whom he had carried out research. He was widely appreciated not only for his extraordinary talent but also for his great human qualities as a teacher and a gentleman of the old school.

After growing up in Sicily he emigrated to the United States in the 1970's where he completed his studies. He quickly attracted the interest of some of the major companies in his chosen field of activity and of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge. He was honoured with numerous prizes and awards from universities and American public institutions, not only for his professional activities, but also for his dedicated social and civic service. He was a member of the administrative board of "Latino Public Radio" which broadcasts from Providence, Rhode Island and was an honorary member of the Christian Hess Cultural Association of Rome.

An enthusiastic admirer of Christian Hess' art, he laid the basis for this website in 2001 and continued closely to follow its development as Web Scientific Consultant. The Christian Hess Cultural Association recalls this noble man and will include his name in its supporters' roll of honour.
